- Dried Orange Slices
- Dried Lemon Slices
- Dried Apple Slices
- Rosemary
- Pine
- Star Anise
- Cinnamon

- Add dried ingredients of your choice to a large pot.
- Fill pot with water.
- Place on stove and bring to a gentle boil.
- Lower heat and simmer on low.
- Replace water as water levels decrease.
- Discard fruit and herbs once they turn brown and mushy.
- Repeat with remaining simmer pot ingredients and water.
