We can easily become overwhelmed with life, kids, work, and day-to-day obligations. Planning healthy nutritious meals for ourselves or our families, often times, just seems like another chore. Moving our bodies is also important and the added stress of creating workout routines can make working out discouraging. I create fully customized meal and workout plans that will include delicious and nutritious tailored recipes, shopping lists, a custom workout plan, and simple and realistic tips to help you achieve your specific nutritional and health goals. Pricing: - 7-Day Custom Meal + Workout Plan (with 15 min call): $55 - 30-Day Custom Meal + Workout Plan (with 15 min call): $140 (includes weekly check-in) What's Included: - A phone consultation to discuss your personal health goals, dietary goals and needs before your plan is made. (15 min) - A detailed intake form to determine what meal + workout plan is best for you. - A fully customized meal plan with shopping list(s). (Vegan, Vegeterian, Gluten-Free, Pescatarian) - A fully customized workout plan. (Options: low intensity, high intensity, gym equipment, home workouts) - Each daily meal plan will include the following: breakfast, lunch, two snacks, smoothie and dinner. How it works: 1. Fill out intake form as thoroughly as possible. 2. Book a phone consultation to talk more in depth about your health goals, fitness goals and dietary needs and pay for the service requested. 3. After receiving your intake for, consultation request and payment, I will reach out via email, with any questions. If I do not have any additional questions, I will send you a confirmation email. 4. All plans will be sent as a PDF to the email address you enter at checkout/on the intake form. Please ensure your email address is correctly inputted. *Meal + workout plans take about 2-3 or 3-5 business days to complete depending on the size of the plan. This timeline starts once all information is received and consultations are complete.
