Q: What is the average shipping time for orders?
A: Shipping time is dependent on my workload. All products are handmade at the time the order is packaged. Processing can take anywhere from 4 days to 3 weeks. If you are wanting an ETA on an order you have placed, please email
Q: Why are products only made at the time the order is packaged?
A: Products are hand made at the time your order is packaged to ensure freshness and quality. Natural products already have short shelf lives, so we want to make sure you get the most bang for your buck.
Q: What is the best way to contact someone regarding my order?
A: You can contact us via FB messenger (our FB page is linked at the top of our home page), by email at and via chat on our website. Please include your order number in the message and allow up to 72 hours for a response. 
Q: I am not happy with what I received. What are my options?
A: Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us with your concern and order information. We will work hard to make it right.
