Shipping/Refund Policies
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY:
Due to the increase in business, current processing times for orders is 2 - 8 weeks unless you choose Expedite My Order at checkout. Expedited Shipping guarantees your order is sent out within 3-5 business days regardless of when you order. If I am experiencing a large volume of orders, the wait time for your order may be longer. If your order contains more than 5 hand-made items, your wait time may be longer. Refunds will not be given due to long wait times. If you are expecting an order by a specific date, in order to guarantee accommodations, choosing Expedited Shipping at checkout will get your order to you quickest. If you have placed an order and it has been more than 4-6 weeks since you have placed your order and you would like an update, please feel free to message me directly. Please always include your order number when inquiring about an order and allow 48-72 hours for a response.

Order cancellations and inquiries are to be done by contacting me using the chat feature on my site. Please include your order number in the message.

IMMEDIATE REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED UP TO 72 HOURS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. After 72 hours, refunds will be up to my discretion. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to me so we can remedy the situation. Picture evidence may be required. You will likely receive a replacement or store credit.

Shipping is done through USPS. Average shipping takes about 3-5 business days after package has left my hands. Tracking numbers will ALWAYS be sent via email at the email address you provide at checkout. Please ensure you are entering the correct contact information upon checkout. Incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses will fall 100% on the customer. You will need to re-pay the shipping fee if a package is returned to me, due to incorrect or incomplete address input. If you have any questions or concerns after your order has shipped, please contact your local post office.

Healthy Spirit & Body LLC is not responsible for shipping delays once orders are shipped out. You can track your package at the number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours after your emailed tracking number has been sent to you, for USPS to update their system.
