• Run a nice hot bath, light an incense or candle and play some smooth music (smooth jazz is my favorite meditation music).
• There are a few ways to add your smudge bath salts to your bath. You can 1) Sprinkle your bath salt blend under the running water. 2) Add the bath salt blend to the mesh bag included and tie to your faucet and allow the water to run through the mesh bag and into the bathtub. 3) Add the bath salts to your mesh bag and throw it straight into the bathtub. Squeeze the bag a few times while the salts and herbs dissolve into the water. 4) After your tub is full, sprinkle the bath salt blend directly into the water using your hand to mix it together until the salts dissolve. (Whichever way you choose to add these to your bath, please ensure all steps are followed for best results)
